Project Headers
The project header includes information such as: project title, locations, estimates, current status
review dates, bond information, class and type.
Notes
The notes section of the report displays a brief summary description of the scope of work as well
as special conditions, restrictions, requirements and estimated time lines. You will also find
special notes from the project owners, architects and any other additional information here.
Key Contacts
The key contacts area lists out all the parties relevant to this project, including: owners,
engineering firms, architects, companies and governmental entities. With each contact, the report
will include: a point of contact, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and relevant web
site addresses.
Bidders
The Bidders section of the report includes all relevant information about the bidders for a
project. This will include company names and addresses as well as points of contact,
telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and web site addresses. As new bidders are added to a project,
your daily e-mail report will show who was recently added to the list.
